Visitors to a zoo in the UK can't get enough of an adorable milky eagle owl chick that has just ventured out of the nest for the first time.

Footage captured at Africa Alive Zoological Reserve in Suffolk shows thej four-month-old ball of fluff enjoying his new surroundings on July 26.

Verreaux's eagle-owl, also commonly known as the milky eagle owl or giant eagle owl, is a member of the family Strigidae.

It is the largest African owl measuring up to 66 cm (26 in) in total length.

This adorable 4 month Milky Eagle Owl, which can be seen at Africa Alive Zoological Reserve in Suffolk, was enjoying his first morning out of the nest, so much so he gave the odd wink to show his approval.

Verreaux's eagle-owl, also commonly known as the milky eagle owl or giant eagle owl, (Bubo lacteus) is a member of the family Strigidae. This species is widespread in sub-Saharan Africa. A member of the genus Bubo, it is the largest African owl measuring up to 66 cm (26 in) in total length.
