A heartwarming video has emerged of a man in a wheelchair being invited on stage at an Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros concert.

The footage, shot on Sunday during the Osheaga festival in Montréal, Canada, shows the young man being carried above the heads of the crowd by his friends up to the stage. Lead singer Alex Ebert then invites the man onto the stage for the remainder of the concert.

"His 3 friends took on the challenge of taking him as close as possible of his idol, " the filmer wrote online. "What they didn't expect was that the singer of the band Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros would then invite them to join him on stage," he added.

Nous avons vécu un moment très émouvant ce week-end durant le festival d'Osheaga (à Montréal) lorsque nous avons vu un jeune homme en chaise roulante se faire porter à bout de bras dans la foule et réussir à traverser la marrée de personne sous les applaudissements et les encouragements émus du public.
