In a shocking case of negligence in COVID 19 vaccination of school children , at least 30 school children were given COVID 19 vaccine dose using a single syringe in a private school named jain public higher secondary school in Madhya Pradesh Sagar city .
The incident came to light on 28th June when of the parent who was accompanying their children spotted it . He immediately alerted others there and blew the whistle .
The person who was giving vaccine named jitendra when asked about it , tells that he was asked by officials to complete all vaccination by today and he at that time had only one syringe.
Local health department had filed FIR against jitendra and also a departmental proble had been ordered against the district vaccination officer .
