Bizarre footage has emerged from Stafford, UK of dairy farmers leading cows into a supermarket on Sunday in protest at low milk prices.

The video shows the farmers leading two cows through the aisles of Asda before stopping in front of the dairy produce where a spokesman appealed for public support for the farmers' calls to increase milk prices.

The police were called to remove the protesters.

Local media outlets reported that after being moved on from the store in Stafford, the campaigners attempted to take the cows to another Asda store in Stoke-on-Trent but were prevented from entering by police.
