Bridge collapses after heavy rain pounds Japan's Yamagata
A bridge collapsed in the town of Kawanishi, southern Yamagata as heavy rains battered the Tohoku region on Thursday (August 4).
Footage shows the destroyed bridge and one vehicle that had fallen onto the collapsed portion of the bridge.
There were two men in the car but they suffered no life-threatening injuries, according to reports.
