Pet sugar glider stuck in woman’s hair after perching on her head
A pet sugar glider was stuck in a woman's hair after perching on her head while she worked.
Footage shows the tiny juvenile marsupial named Chanel fighting to remove her baby feet from the tangled strands in Bangkok, Thailand on July 28.
Chanel's owner took her to the office so she could show off the newborn creature to her friend.
However, her tiny, inexperienced legs ended up being caught in the hair when she perched on the friend's head.
Officemate May Papawarin said: ‘My friend loved sugar gliders so much. She let me pet this baby but when I held her to my head, she was tangled. She's still very cute though.'
Sugar gliders were named after their predilection for sweet food such as sap and nectar. They could also glide through the air to move around.
