This thrilling video shows Stephen Read skating on a deserted road for the first time since his childhood days.

He's nervous, scared, and shaky, and he has no idea how to stop! What could go wrong, right?

The entire footage is hilarious, especially the part where the subject bends down and touches the road to stabilize himself.

"My husband, Stephen, wanted to see if he could still skate," Candace Read, the recorder, explained. “He hasn’t skated since childhood. He borrowed our friend's skates and gave it a go.

“He was quite unstable, and at one point, he didn’t know how to stop, just as a car was coming along. Luckily, he missed the car.”
