Crane drops load (steel cable breaks)
Transporting a new mobile crane didn't work well here: a barge crane drops a brand new mobile crane at the harbor. Obviously one of the steel cables was not capable to deal with the heavy load of several tons and cracked. Luckily nobody was injured by the falling crane.
