RAW VIDEO: Ukrainian Troops Shoot Down Russian Drone Amid Sunflower Fields
This video footage andthese images show soldiers of Ukraine’s Air Force Air Force Air Command Center shootdown a Russian Ptero unmanned aircraft probably. The location of the combat mission wasn’t stated, but took place amid a backdrop of sunflower fields - a plant that has become a symbol of Ukrainian resistance after an elderly Ukrainian lady accosted Russian soldiers during the early days of their invasion and placed seeds in their pockets so the seeds would grow after they were killed by defenders. A statement from the Air Command Centre of Ukraine states: “This year again sunflowers smell like war, but so inspire the victory of their beauty.”
