This video footage shows the aftermath of Russian missile strikes in the resort village of Zatoka in the Odessa region on Tuesday (26July2022). The strikes were one of a number in the South of Ukraine on Tuesday, with the city of Mykolaiv also hit by around nine missiles, according to regional governor Vitaliy Kim. The strikes come as Ukrainian troops slowly advance towards the key strategic Southern city of Kherson - with an increase in the ferocity of fighting expected in the coming weeks. Commenting on the attack, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said: “"Morning. An ordinary village of Zatoka. People were resting and living. Just living. No military bases, no troops. Just terrorists from the Russian Federation wanted to shoot. They will be held accountable for everything. Everyone. Every 'liberator' who destroys our lives." Initial reports did not confirm any casualties.
