SINKHOLE OPENS UP BETWEEN PUB AND NURSERY, BRIDGE OF ALLAN, STIRLINGSHIRE, SCOTLAND
A sinkhole appeared on the junction of Airthrey Road, Kenilworth Road and A9/Henderson Street just on the outskirts of Birdge of Allan sometime yesterday. Stirling Council are currently investigating the cause of the sinkhole and have erected a cordon around the hole with metal plates reinforcing it. Stirling Council will have an emergency road closure on Thursday the 15th of July to undertake a more thorough investigation and solution the ordeal.
Locals including MP Alyn Smith took to social media about the situation.
