The lovebirds had flocked to the Zhengzhou Fantawild Joy World in Zhengzhou City, Henan province to celebrate the romantic Qixi Festival on August 4.
However, park staff were reportedly unable to cope with the unexpected spate of customers, resulting in long queues and delays in the scheduled fireworks program that night.
Footage shows the angry mob chanting in unison and demanding refunds for their poor holiday experience.
Due to fury and backlash over the mismanagement, the attraction's management has reportedly agreed to refund the tourists.
