Students taking photos on track force trains to stop in China
Students taking photos on track forced two trains to stop in southern China.
Video filmed in the city of Qinzhou in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on August 3 shows two girls taking running away from the track quickly as a train was approaching.
According to reports, the train driver named Zeng Xiantao spotted two girls taking pictures on the track around 300 metres ahead and performed an emergency brake immediately as well as horned to warn them.
The two girls then ran away from the track and the train stopped around 200 metres away from them.
The two girls reportedly were students at a nearby middle school. Two trains were forced to stop as they took photos on the track.
The local police fined the two girls 100 yuan (£12.25) each and told them off.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
