Massive mountain landslide crashes onto homes in Nepal
A massive mountain landslide sent hundreds of tonnes of rocks crashing onto homes in Nepal.
Footage shows a portion of the mountain breaking away before pulling swathes of the hillside with it. Spectacular footage captured the landslide roaring to earth and covering a part of a village in the Himalayas on March 19.
Terrified villagers were seen escaping as the debris smashed into their homes but no one was reported hurt in the incident.
Local Pratfall Gurung said: ‘It happened so fast. We just heard a loud drumming noise and then the mountain broke off.'
