Accident: moped riders both assumed the other would stop (caused a small bump)
2 moped drivers collide at an intersection. It's hard to see who has the right of way here. They both braked but it was a little too late to avoid a little bump. Maybe they were both expecting the other to stop and let them pass but they both continued going. Luckily it was at a slow speed so injury was prevented.
