After heavy storms hit Dallas, Texas with over 10 inches of rain over the past few days, video shows a before and after shot of scenic areas along the Trinity River, showing the regular low water state, and a total flood of the river basin, seen in Monday (August 22).

A prolonged period of heavy rain struck Dallas Aug 21-22, leading to over 10 inches of rain in some areas.
