Russia struck the Shevchenkiv district of Kharkiv, Ukraine, on the evening of August 23. Russian forces hit the military target from Belgorod.

Footage filmed at night shows the emergency services working on the ground to extinguish a fire and remove pieces of a rocket.

On Telegram the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, said that there are no casualties.

Earlier it was also reported that a series of explosions thundered in Kharkov tonight. According to media reports, the Russians fired solid 300mm rockets from the MLRS, or changed positions in Belgorod. At the same time, rocket launches cannot be fixed.
