Cyclist nearly gets run over at top of motorway slip road through not looking
I was coming off the M67 at Denton. I could see the lights ahead were green and knowing the area, I knew they would be on green with plenty of time for me to get through safely. As I approached the top thankfully I was covering my brake pedal due to the junction, when a cyclist emerges from the pavement to ride across the junction straight in my path. I hit my horn and jumped on my brake to alert him. His reaction said it all, he knew he could have come off a lot worse and I don't think he will be doing it again in a hurry. I thought i could be a potty mouth but my wife topped me this time round.
