Bristol airport passengers encounter early morning queues on one of busiest days of the year
Bristol Airport, North Somerset, UK. 26th August 2022. Passengers arriving at Bristol Airport experience lengthy queues as they check-in their baggage on one of the busiest days of the year. Bristol Airport chiefs have recently admitted it had experienced "challenges" ahead of handling the expected late summer rush to the sun. Busiest days are predicted to be August 25th and 26th when an estimated 32,000 passengers a day will pass through the airport. Throughout August, some 900,000 people are forecast to use the airport, which was badly hit by passenger delays and baggage issues earlier this summer.
