Drone footage shows exploring the Kulukubuk waterfall in the jungle of the Mentawai archipelago in western Indonesia.

This natural waterfall is located in Kulukubuk Hamlet, Madobag Village, South Siberut District. There was the sound of splashing water, the sound of birds and geese calling each other.

There is a sign gate to the location of the waterfall. Adi Prima, a local tourist when visiting Mentawai on August 26, said the floorboards for the road leading to the waterfall had disappeared as they were damaged and brittle with age.

The waterfall is located about 200 meters from the village road. It takes less than 2 hours to walk a muddy road and pass two small rivers flowing from the Kulukubuk waterfall.

"As one of the foreign and local tourist destinations, we hope the local government improves access to waterfalls," Prima added.

From a distance of 50 meters before the waterfall, you can hear the sound of splashing water that soothes the soul.

The waterfall has a height of about 30 meters. The semicircular walls were clad in green moss and big and small trees and deep pits and rocks.

The pit is about 100 meters in diameter, and each side is surrounded by soft rock. The water is cool and a little cold. It is not known how deep the pit is.
