This homeowner living in Council, Idaho, spotted a mother bear and her two cubs roaming around in their back garden.

The footage recorded on August 26 shows the mother standing on her hind legs and she watches over her curious cubs.

The filmer said: "When she stands up, we see her white chest marking that runs along most of her underbelly.

"Their coats are of the brown colouring for black bears. Momma looks impressive. One cub is miniature, much smaller than its sibling."

A black bear mother and her two small cubs walk unto our backyard in Idaho and she stands up next to her smallest and scrawny looking cub as if to protect it, then sniffs the air and turns her head looking around. She then walks around a bit before leads the curious cubs into the woods. When she stands up, we see her white chest marking that runs along most of her underbelly.
