A 13-year-old boy was shot at a middle school in East Oakland, CA, USA Monday (August 29) and the 12-year-old suspect is in custody, sheriff's deputies said. The shooting happened at Madison Park Academy, which is located in the Sobrante Park neighborhood. Authorities said the student who was wounded was taken to a hospital and is in critical condition.
The video shows the scene of shooting investigation. As of this report, the boy is stable, a suspect is in custody and a weapon has been recovered.
