A 23-year-old driver of a car deliberately hit a 30-year-old man and ran over him. The victim was seriously injured but survived. The driver was placed in a pre-trial detention center, he is charged with attempted murder.
The driver and his victim did not know each other until that moment. The pedestrian asked the driver to smoke, the driver's wife reprimanded him, and a verbal skirmish began.
