This is the moment helpful neighbours carried a family's home to its new address in the Philippines.

Footage shows 25 men carrying the house made of coconut and metal sheet roof in Misamis Occidental on August 29.

The group then carried the house down a roadside ditch where its new lot is located.

Onlooker Windylou Suico said: ‘It is common to help a neighbour who is in need in our place. I love that about my town.'

Bayanihan is a Filipino tradition of carrying homes to another lot due to various reasons such as flash flood, landslides, or buying and selling of properties.
