A rocket-propelled grenade launcher (RPG) injured at least two children when it accidentally went off in Chernihiv, Ukraine on Saturday 3 September.

The incident happened at around 13:30 local time at a small exhibition of weapons and ammunition at a fair outside an art museum in the historical heart of the northern Ukrainian city.

Exclusive video captured the moment on camera as the co-organiser of the 'Northern Sharvarok' charity fair was being interviewed when it happened.

The noise of the blast shocked the woman, who fled for safety, along with the camera crew and several bystanders.

There are conflicting reports on the number of children injured, between two and four.

Reports suggested the incident may have been caused by a young boy playing with an armed RPG launcher. It is not known why it was live or whether anyone involved knew that it was.
