A farmer from the gallo-galo cupiang honey farm harvests the honey of the geniotrigona toracica bee galo-galo honey in Santur Village, Sawahlunto, West Sumatra, Indonesia, Sunday (4/9/2022).

The gallo-galo honey is harvested once a week and sold for IDR 140,000 per bottle weighing 350 grams or IDR 400,000 per kilo with a moisture content of 22%. Later consumers can also order the level of water content contained in the pure honey according to taste.

Seorang peternak dari peternakan madu galo-galo cupiang tengah memanen madu lebah galo-galo jenis Geniotrigona Toracica di Desa Santur, Sawahlunto, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia, Minggu (4/9/2022).

Madu galo-galo tersebut di panen sekali seminggu dan dijual dengan harga Rp.140.000 rupiah perbotol dengan berat 350gram atau Rp.400.000 perkilo yang kadar air mencapai 22%.

Nantinya para konsumen juga bisa memesan tingkat kadar air yang terkandung di dalam madu murni tersebut sesuai selera.

Sarang lebah tersebut, tidak hanya madu yang bisa di konsumsi, tapi juga ada propolis hingga roti lebah yang baik untuk meningkatkan stamina tubuh.(moozamochi).
