Funeral of India's Top industrialist Cyrus Mistry was held at Worli Crematorium in Mumbai, India. Cyrus Mistry was the scion of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, a 136 year Old industrial group. He was also the former group chairman of Tata Sons.
Cyrus Mistry, who was killed in a road accident earlier this week, was cremated in the financial capital on Tuesday (September 6). Mistry was returning from a visit to Udvada in south Gujarat, which is the holiest place for people following the Zoroastrian faith when his car met with an accident.
The funeral was attended by members of the closely knit Parsi community, business leaders and politicians. Cyrus Mistry’s elder brother Shapoor Mistry, father-in-law and senior lawyer Iqbal Chagla, industrialists Anil Ambani and Ajit Gulabchand and NCP MP Supriya Sule were present at the crematorium.
