A cow was rescued after it became stuck in a narrow gap between two walls in Rahatgarh, Madhya Pradesh.

Officials used an excavator to tear down one of the walls so a rescue team could go in and grab the cow.

The cow was then washed and helped to stand up by the team. It was then sent off for treatment.

A cow that got trapped between two walls was rescued in central India's Madhya Pradesh.

The incident took place near ward number 1 post office in Rahatgarh of Sagar district on September 14.

Visuals showed the bovine sitting in a small space between two walls. It got stuck there and was not able to come out. A rescue team reached the spot to help the animal. With the help of an excavator, it demolished one of the walls and removed the debris.

After this, they went near the cow and pulled it out into the open space. They washed it and helped it stand again.

According to reports, after the cow was rescued it got treated. In this operation, the local residents Rinku Goswami, Raja, Rajendra Kumar Jain, Ramesh Agarwal, Sitaram Rakwar, Dilli Nath, Dharmendra Nath, Banni Mian provided a lot of support.
