This Burmese blacksmith built a moving triceratops robot in his workshop.

The humble worker Ko Aun Kyaw Hlaing, 42, pieced together the machine's frame from scratch in his home in Myanmar's Mandalay region.

Footage shows Ko Aun Kyaw's child riding the dinosaur robot's incomplete frame. The contraption was reportedly finished on July 9.

Because he had no money, Ko Aun Kyaw said he built all the components himself, using spare pieces of iron, motors, and batteries to create the elaborate robot.

Impressively, Ko Aun Kyaw never completed formal schooling due to financial reasons, but instead honed his skills by working in the car manufacturing industry.

In an interview with local media, he said: "I had to create the items I want with my own imagination and make them step by step. I added a lever so that the children can feel the thrill of being able to drive on their own."

The project was commissioned by a friend, who has now taken the robot.
