Tower Bridge in London
This morning the Tower Bridge and The Shard was lite up with purple in memory of the Queen.
You may have noticed that, more often than not, Queen Elizabeth II wore purple clothes. For centuries purple has been associated with royalty and wealth. Back in the day, purple fabric was incredibly expensive hence, only rulers and could afford it.
