Kitten stuck in metal pipe rescued in Thailand
This is the heartwarming moment a kitten stuck in a metal pipe was rescued - by hitting the object on the ground until it fell out of the bottom.
Bancha Maikham heard the moggie squeaking for help from inside a warehouse when he works in Bangkok, Thailand, on September 15 evening.
The young man and several colleagues helped to release the feline by pouring cooking oil into the metal instrument to loosen it up.
After five minutes they were finally able to release the shaken animal, by hitting the pipe on the ground until it fell out of the circular opening.
Bancha said: 'The kitten would have starved to death if we didn't hear him. The metal was so thick there was no way to cut it, so we just had to try and push the kitten back through the gap.'
Bancha and his colleagues nicknamed the kitten 'Coke'. It was taken home by one of the staff to have a fresh bowl of milk and a meal.
