An alert RPF cop saved a man after he slipped and fell on the track while trying to board a running train in northern India's Rajasthan.
The incident happened at the Dausa Railway Station on September 21.
CCTV footage showed the man slip and fall in the gap between the platform and the train due to loss of balance while boarding the moving train. An alert cop, named Subhash Chandra, rushed towards to save his life. He instructed one of the passengers to pull the chain to stop the train. He then pulled the man out.
Speaking to Newslions, the Railway Protection Force DSC Jyoti Mani said that RPSF Staff-Constable-Shri Manji's Subhash Chandra was present at the spot when the incident took place and showed his alertness and saved the man whose name was Ansh Anand.
The Train number 19612 (Amritsar-Ajmer) was on the platform when the incident happened. The victim was travelling from Dausa to Gandhinagar.
Ansh was completely safe and not a single scratch had come to him. Only one shoe of his was hampered in this incident. There was no injury on the rest of Ansh's body. Twenty-five seconds after Ansh fell between the platform and the train, the train stopped and he was pulled out.
