Apple Harvesting Season In Kashmir

Kashmiri farmer pick fresh apples from a tree in an orchard during harvesting season in Pulwama. Kashmir's orchards produce 1.2 million tons of apples annually, the second largest in India.
Apple traders say that during the early stage of the season, the demand and rates of apples used to be high, 'but this year the market is down by around 40 per cent'.
