One of the strongest lions in Maasai Mara who got injured whilst making a kill of a Topi antelope
This video was shot in Maasai Mara, Kenya. This huge lion is one of the strongest in the Maasai Mara and known as Logol (Which is the local Maa word for strong). Here you can see him carrying his prey (a topi antelope) which he had killed overnight, and is dragging to some shade where he can eat all day. As he carried his prey, he did so clumsily which meant he also got pierced on his forehead by the Topi's horn, resulting in a deep gash. You can see his muscle definition in this video.
