super rare footage of a hyena dragging the rotten carcass of another dead hyena probably to cannibalise it.
As we were leaving our Camp one morning, we saw something move in the bush in the distance. Upon getting closer we were shocked to see a hyena dragging a rotten deceased body of another hyena. Hyenas are known to eat anything no matter how rotten it is. It would probably take it into a bush and eat it. If you look closely at the rotten body of the hyena, you can see the white maggots on it.
