Memphis rapped Lotta Cash Desto, 25, has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting in Houston, Texas.

The rapper, whose real name is Destinee Govan, was killed on Richmond Avenue and found unresponsive in the driver's seat of her car.

Footage from September 24 shows police at the scene of the shooting.

Local police arrested a 24-year-old man who has been charged with murder.

According to initial reports, three people were shot on Richmond Ave., close to Chimney Rock. A woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The victim who died at the scene around 2:40 a.m. Saturday has been identified as Memphis rapper, Destinee Govan, who is better known as Lotta Cash Desto.
