Bottled water was selling out and there were lines at gas stations as people in Florida prepared for the arrival of Tropical Storm Ian.

Footage shot in South Florida on on Saturday September 24 showed empty shelves and lines for gas but also surfers on Delray Beach enjoying the sea’s larger than usual swell.
