Diners in Thailand are lapping up this little slice of Japan - an Instagram-worthy cafe, which is designed like a Japanese subway train.

The trendy shop, IRL Coffee Bar Station, in the capital Bangkok, takes its inspiration from the Japanese public transport system.

Visitors enter through automatic train doors and are greeted by a train driver's cabin that serves as the counter where customers place their orders.

Its interior is decorated with sleek, metallic furniture, along with bars and handrails to mimic the commuter experience. Subway maps, reminders, and signs in Japanese also adorn the store's walls.

The shop offers various coffee and non-coffee drinks, as well as pastries like filled croissants, cream cheese bread, and castella cake - a popular dessert in Japan.

It is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm during weekdays, and 9 am to 6:00 pm on the weekends.
