Public services union stage pay, pensions and jobs protest outside UK Treasury
The PCS (Public and Commercial Services) Union staged a protest outside the Treasury in Westminster on Friday (September 30).
The union is demanding a fair pay increase to keep up with inflation, and is protesting the proposed cut of 91,000 civil service jobs as well as continued overpaying into their civil service pensions. The protest comes ahead of the union’s industrial action ballot on pay, pensions, jobs and redundancy pay.
