A daughter has gone viral on TikTok after sharing her priceless exchange with her mum about her new “feature wallpaper” – which she says “looks like a v*gina”.

Hazel Willmott, 32, from Bristol, visited her mum June Wilmott to drop off her dog Poppy for the day when her mum was keen to show off her new wallpaper.

Little did June know her daughter was about to get her in a ‘flap’ about it and make her something of a legend online.

Hazel’s reaction to her mum’s recent buy has already had over 4.5 million views and 495,500 likes, after she shared the clip on TikTok (@hazelandpoppy90)

In the video captioned ‘What did you do June?!’ Hazel revealed her mum had bought some “questionable” wallpaper – an orange-coloured paper with a design rather reminiscent of genitals.

She says: “Why’d you buy p***y wallpaper?” to which June replies “I didn’t realise it till I got it!”

Hazel says: “It looks like a v*gina. Either way. Any way you look at it. Looks like a hairy v*gina, mum. You got hairy v*gina kitchen wallpaper.”

A doubtful-sounding June replies, “I know, it’s lovely. It’s… lovely. What’s wrong with that, it’s a statement wall…Making a statement.”

Hazel jokes: “You should keep it for your sex room, not the kitchen.”

The £75 roll paper from John Lewis was intended to bring new life to June’s kitchen, but it also got her family's attention.

“It was my niece who whispered to my mum, as the decorator was there, and said ‘grandma it looks like a v*gina’,” Hazel told NeedToKnow.online.

“I often film my mum for my Instagram stories as all my friends and followers find her hilarious.

“So I just had to film her with this blunder. My dad is away visiting his son, so she’s trying to get it finished before he comes back. Hopefully, he doesn’t notice but not sure how he cannot notice by now.

“Mum had no idea it was rude before my niece mentioned it.”

But when asked if she had any plans to take it down, Hazel said her mum had no intention of it.

She added: “She’s a woman of her word, she loves it and it’s going up to be her statement wall in what we now call the ‘clitchen’.”

TikTok users were quick to share their thoughts on the funny decor choice.

“Which shop is selling these? Asking for a friend,” added another viewer.

“She’d better really commit to that wallpaper,” wrote another person.
