A massive avalanche hit a base camp of Mount Manaslu yesterday (October 2) as Nepal recorded heavy snowfall. This came two weeks after two people lost their lives in a similar incident on the same mountain, the eighth-highest one in the world. This time, no casualties or injuries were reported.

Scary footage shows the moment the mass of snow, ice, and rocks rapidly falls engulfing everything it encounters. People can be seen running for safety as others shout while witnessing this frightening scene.

Tashi-Lakpa Sherpa, the filmer of this clip, said: "There were more than 400 climbers and 300 Sherpa guides on Mount Manaslu for this season. These people have their base camp there and were hit by this crazy avalanche. So scary!".

30 tents and six camps were destroyed.
