Motorcyclist narrowly escapes after trucks drags bike along road in China
A motorcyclist narrowly escaped without injuries after a truck dragged their bike along a road in Zunyi, Guizhou province.
The CCTV footage showed that the electric motorbike driver was driving through the T-junction, while the red heavy truck didn’t notice him and knocked him over, dragging his motorbike underneath for several metres.
The driver avoided being rolled underneath the truck. The vehicle's driver only noticed the accident after the crowds on the street shouted at him.
The motorcyclist recalled the collision and said to a local TV station: "It is so lucky to escape, otherwise I would have died here today.”
The traffic police judged that the truck driver did not fully observe the road traffic conditions and should take all responsibility for the accident.
The video was filmed on September 19 and provided by local media with permission.
