Headphones hanging around Chinese man's neck explode
A fireball burst out of a pair of headphones hanging around a man’s neck in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province on October 9 shows a ball of fire suddenly bursting out of a pair of headphones on a man named Liu's neck.
Liu then took the headphones off and threw them onto the ground.
According to Liu, it cost him 89 yuan (£11.21) to buy the headphones and he only used them for around two months.
The headphone maker's customer service said the incident may have been caused by a short circuit. They promised to deliver a new one to Liu.
Fortunately, Liu only had his hand scalded and he was not injured seriously.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
