In order to help the Divyangjans of Haryana state, Haryana Red Cross is helping them by taking very good steps, social empowerment camp was organized under the AIPID scheme of the Government of India. Organs were distributed, Tricycles to Divyangjans by District Red Cross Society. Wheel chairs, crutches, hearing aids, prostheses, Samrat phones and Samrat sticks were distributed free of cost,Dr. Mukesh Agarwal, General Secretary, Haryana State Red Cross said that it is working very fast to help the Divyangjano. He said that by organizing such camps by Red Cross in all 22 districts of Haryana State, free aids should be provided to the Divyangjano, he said that two months back, the measurement of Divyangjano etc. was taken in Kaithal district and today according to the same. Artificial limbs have been distributed to them, he said that 12 workshops are going on in the state.They said that Divyangjans should move ahead in life by adopting a positive attitude, he said that many people of the country have set records in many fields by working hard with great courage.Additional Deputy Commissioner Kaithal Virender Sehrawat said that the Red Cross Society has taken very good helpful steps to help the Divyangjans. He said that the people of the country have made the country proud by winning medals in international sports with great courage. He said that the people of the country have conquered even the highest peaks while defeating their divangjans.The divangjano who came to the camp said that earlier they used to face a lot of problems due to the deceased, but now they are happy with the help of wheel chair and prosthesis by the Red Cross and now they can come anywhere comfortably. He said that he expresses his thanks to the Red Cross for providing the accessories.
