According to the man, while moving to the rice fields. He spotted a moving yellow animal. As he approached he saw a giant yellow eel. The eel has red eyes. This was the first time he had seen such a large eel. Compared to normal eel with brown or black color, about 200g in size. The eel is very large with a distinctive color.
Scientists say the eel has a genetic mutation that gives the eel a distinctive color and red eyes. The mutation rate is very rare because normally the eel will be white.
The man said he then released the eel back to the rice field.
