Homeowner frees small snake stuck on sticky tape in Thailand
This is the moment a kind homeowner in Thailand freed a small snake that had crawled onto a sticky piece of tape.
The concerned local found the serpent thrashing on the adhesive strip while tidying his things at home in Pathum Thani province on September 15.
He overcame his fear of snakes and brushed the reptile's scales with oil to remove the scotch tape residue from its body.
He said: 'I was afraid it would bite me, but I was also worried it might be in pain. So I ignored my fear and rescued it.'
Thanks to the villager's help, the snake eventually wriggled loose and later slithered up a tree after being released.
