"What I thought would be a 'girls' night' at the beach turned into the most memorable night ever when my now-fiancé popped up and proposed to me," Sadie Varnum said. "However, there was a misunderstanding because the ring that got shipped ended up being too small for me."

Sadie added that it was the photographer who suggested that one of her sisters or friends wear the ring on her behalf and that way, they could get it in the photo.

"It was so funny and we could barely hold it together in the moment, but the picture actually turned out good!" The bride-to-be wrote. "It was believable haha! We made a core memory that we will forever look back and laugh on!"
