'I fell back laughing so hard' Woman attempts box jumps to land on 45lb plate and hilariously fails
Heather Anderson, a gym pro, tries box jumps to get on a 45-pound plate.
She nails it the first time, but on the second attempt, she hilariously fails and falls to the ground.
"We were doing box jumps as part of the workout at my CrossFit gym," said Heather. "My 30-in box jumps were easy, so my coach threw on a 45-lb plate to land on.
"I misjudged how far back I had to jump and completely missed the box. I landed on the corners with my legs and crotch area. I fell back laughing so hard."
