Security footage shows a metal garden gate shaking as the tremors rattled a home in Chiang Mai province on October 20.
Tha Earthquake Observation Division of Thailand's Meteorological Department said the earthquake hit the Doi Saket district of the province at 4:36 am local time. It was recorded at a depth of two kilometres.
No casualties, injuries, or incidents of property damage have been reported so far.
