View of Surya Grahan or Solar Eclipse 2022 In India
The moon partially covers the sun during the partial Solar Eclipse or Surya Grahan in India on October 25 marks the last solar eclipse of the year.
The eclipse was visible from parts of Europe, North Africa and large parts of western and central Asia. Solar eclipse was visible in many parts of India.
During a solar eclipse, the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, preventing some of the Sun's light from reaching our planet. Generally, there are three types of solar eclipses- total solar eclipse, annular eclipse and partial solar eclipse. During a total eclipse, the Moon will completely cover the Sun. During an annular solar eclipse, the Moon will not completely cover the Sun, but an edge will be visible. During a partial solar eclipse, as is occurring on October 25, the Sun was partially covered by the Moon as it passes in front of it.
